My Audi was serviced here last week. It was a major service replacing the water pump, thermostat, oil gaskets and asynthetic oil change. Everyone was professional and thorough from front office staff to technicians. I couldn't ask for better. I highly recommend this AAMCO and their staff.
By far, this has been one of my best experiences Dealing with Any car shop.. Top notch service With a smile, I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.
I have been coming here since they opened. Will is such an honest guy and works hard to work with you at every turn. Marissa at the front desk is awesome and friendly and calls to update of any changes and authorization to proceed. I would imagine the rest of the staff is similar. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Can't say enough about how great I was treated here. You can tell the people have a passion for what they do and are extremely educated in the auto motive field. It has the money family vibe about it that is missed today in the big chain company's. Marrisa at the front desk was an absolute gem and could not have humanly been nicer ! Happy to say I have found my new shop for any automotive needs going further.
I recently had problems with the transmission on my 2018 Chevy Traverse. I brought it to a local shop with great google reviews and was told there would be nothing they could do except replace the transmission with a new one from the dealer, with a total cost of over 10k! I decided to get a second opinion, and brought my vehicle to Ammco Transmission in Huntington Station. I spoke with William, the owner, who was very personable and knowledgeable. William immediately questioned needing a new transmission and assured me he would fully diagnose the problem. William found a TSB, was very confident that was the issue, and told me that the total cost would be around 3k. William offered excellent financing options and put me in contact with his receptionist, Marissa, who was also very knowledgeable, and overall just a nice, caring person! William and Marissa were in constant contact with me, providing necessary updates. They got me going in my vehicle quickly, to my full satisfaction! As a bonus, William worked on my vehicle during off-hours on the weekend and offered me the opportunity to pick it up late at night, prior to a big snowstorm that was arriving. I was extremely satisfied with Ammco Transmission and highly recommend this business! They apparently do all vehicle repairs and I will be returning!
